Filezilla is an FTP client without built in text editor. This annotated video shows how to find, download and install the ftp client of filezilla. This real time installation was performed on a six to eight year old acer aspire 1310 laptop with contemporary video graphics card and no more than 512 mb RAM. I recently bought it in order to convert it to an ftp server. The ftp client FileZilla is open source, cross-platform FTP software for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. It supports FTP, SFTP, and FTPS (FTP over SSL/TLS). In my opinion, the main advantage of filezilla is the ability to transfer video, audio and image files and complete website folders with high speed to and from a remote server/host. The main disadvantage of Filezilla (compared to an ftp client with built in editor) is that you need a separate editor for (website) development (programming/scripting/coding) unless you are willing to edit locally.
